Can we have a candid conversation? You have every right to sell your home yourself! The press loves to sensationalize the relationship between the For Sale by Owner and the Realtor® community as just another way of selling newspapers. Wouldn't you agree?
The Intensity Team understands that there are many reasons why a homeowner, like yourself, should, would and/or could sell their home without our help. It might be financially based (not enough equity to pay for our services), competency based (you have the time, tenacity, marketing skills to be successful on your own) or relationship based (you had a terrible transaction with a Realtor® in the past) and see no value in working with us. Whatever your motivation to try and sell you're home yourself we wish you all the best!
Something else we understand: statistically speaking, there's a high probablility you may decide to work with a Realtor® at some point in the future. For this reason we've made a conscious decision to work cooperatively with the For Sale by Owner in what we call a "Win-Win" relationship by offering some of the marketing services used on our full service listings. We do this not as your agent and not for compensation, but in return for the marketing opportunity associated with your home. The benefit to you is that you get additional exposure for your home with some added benefits. In return, we get the opportunity to work with buyers that are not working with another Realtor® and are not interested in purchasing your home...we leave those to you!
So, read on as we explain the opportunity available to you through our Intense For Sale by Owner Program. While we can never predict whether you’ll be successful in selling your home yourself, we do wish to cooperate in a way that offers benefits to both you and us. | The IVR System consists of an 800 phone service that allows us to market your home to potential buyers 24/7/365 using a FREE detailed recorded message about your home. The message clearly states that the home is For Sale by Owner and not represented by the Intensity Team and Keller Williams Realty. It provides highlights of the area, local ammenities, interior and exterior features of your home, pricing and instructions on how to schedule an appointment or receive additional information. Using the 800 number and your assigned extension on ALL marketing materials allows the system to capture each caller’s information and more importantly NEVER MISS ANOTHER CALL! The system immediately sends us a text message with contact information when they hang up. This allows us to follow up immediately with each and every potential buyer. We believe you’ll find that many of the calls you receive to your PERSONAL number will be Realtors®, neighbors, non-serious buyers or telemarketers who waste your time. Our system screens these calls relieving you of this hassle. Should a buyer want to schedule an appointment, we’ll forward their information to you immediately (unless you want us to pre-qualify them before passing them along so they don't waste your time). We will also provide you a weekly report showing the cumulative calls on your property from each marketing media. Are you interested in saving money?
